Custom Wreath Orders
Please review the following terms and conditions before placing a custom wreath order:
A 50% minimum deposit is required to start your custom order. Custom orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment will receive a full refund. Deposits (50% of total wreath orders) are non-refundable after 48 hours of receiving payment. Estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, but cannot be guaranteed due to possible shipping delays if additional materials need to be ordered. Balance must be paid in full upon wreath completion/delivery. Payments can me made via cash, Zelle, Cashapp, or PayPal.
Returns are not accepted, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will be happy to assist.
Custom order deposits will be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of payment (see terms and conditions above).
